- Location: Riverside City College (Riverside) will host the next annual CPFA Conference
- Date: Saturday, May 5th, 2012
- Time: 8:00am ~ 8:00pm
- Registration: 8:00am ~ 9:00am
- Sessions: 9:00am ~ 4:30pm
- Social Hour: 5:00am ~ 6:00pm
- Dinner: 6:00 ~ 8:00pm (there will be an additional cost of approximately $20 for dinner)
Keynote Speakers for the CPFA 2012 Annual Confernce:
- Jean Waggoner, Author and Associate Adjunct Professor at the College of the Desert.
- Sharon Hendricks, Associate Professor, Los Angeles City College, CalSTRS Teachers Retirement Board Member
There will be workshops throughout the day beginning with registration at 8:30am with introductory remarks by (a yet to be determined) guest to begin at 9am.
Elections for current incumbents and new positions on the Executive Council will also take place.
There will be a social no-host bar and dinner to follow with a speaker!

- Session I: State and District Budgets and Reserve
- Session II: Impact of the Student Success Task Force on PT Faculty
- Session III: STRS for PTers
- Session IV: CPFA Business
- Session V: Working with Administrators, Senates, Unions, and CPFA
- Session VI: Part-time Legislation & CCC Chancellor’s Office
