CPFA ESSAY CONTEST Entry Form
$500 ESSAY CONTEST!!!
Did you ever have a teacher who made a real difference in your life? Most of us have. Do you know if that teacher was a Full-Timer or Part-Timer? Probably not.
Well, maybe now is the time to check it out. And if you find that the teacher who really changed your life was a Part-Timer, struggling to survive as a teacher, yet still willing to go the extra mile for you at some important point in your life, maybe you want to thank him or her for it now. And if you do it well, you could win $500!
The California Part-Time Faculty Association (CPFA) is sponsoring a Part-Time Faculty Essay Contest, a 500 word essay on the subject of: "The Part-Time Teacher who made the most difference in my life."
If there is someone you'd like to thank, take the time to write a 500 word essay about that person.
It will make their day -- and could make you $500 cash!
THE RULES: Open only to currently enrolled California Community College students; Essays about currently employed California Community College Teachers. Essays must be submitted by December 1, 2001.
